Evil (ignorance) is like a shadow-- it has no real substance of its own, it is simply a lack of light.
You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it, stamp on it, by railing against it, or any other form of emotional or physical resistance. In order to cause a shadow to disappear, you must shine light on it.

President Tilak must have been impressed with Jane Drury’s “Around the World by Car” in our last bulletin, for he has sent us a book: “ Take a Simple Drive to a Healthier Life”.
In this book, Dr Roger Smith compares keeping healthy to servicing your car regularly.
He says:”Just as you need to provide sufficient care for your car to keep it running well, your own personal vehicle (your body) is no different. If you neglect to service your car or ignore warning signs of trouble, you risk a major breakdown.
“Neglecting your car may be expensive, but at least it's replaceable. Unlike your body - where it's not so easy to undo years of neglect. But with the right attention and personal effort, you will be able to perform a skilful U-turn and your health may improve dramatically.”
The book is a bit easier to read than Robert Pirsig’s “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance”, but you get the idea.
We attach the cover: if you can’t open it, see Tilak for the .pdf
Or you can buy it for $16.27 at the Book Depository: https://www.bookdepository.com/Take-Simple-Drive-Healthier-Life-Dr-Roger-Smith/9780648093008
While we're at it, here's more helpful advice:

Still on the topic of cars, Deb Sloggett, our Nursing Consultant at DIK was spotted on Channel 7, testing drivers for Covid at Western Health. “Just sit still while I run a swab up your nose!”
Debbie is really the boss of the Medical Aisle: she rules us with a fist of steel. A swab up your nose? That’s nothing. She’s just warming up . . . .
Katrina Flinn reminds us about the walk for Polio:
