Club Service Update

Bunnings BBQ Saturday 20th April.Thanks to everyone who has volunteered to help out at the BBQ; we now have sufficient helpers to fill the roster. I will be in touch after Easter to confirm your roles and other important details.

Changeover Dinner Tuesday 4th June. Please diarise this important annual event for members and partners.

Lift the Lid Fundraising Lunch. This will be the Club’s major fundraising activity for the year. In order to give us more lead time to lock in a high profile guest speaker, sponsors and auction items, we have moved the date from 24th May to Friday 18th October. Please save this date in your diary, as we will be relying on members to make up tables and lend your support to ensure a successful event.

The Social Committee is looking at options for some interesting social activities over the coming months, especially on non-meeting Tuesdays which provide an opportunity for members and partners to get together outside our normal meetings.

What’s New in my Vocation?

Ian Bentley puts pen to paper (or digit to keyboard) to get the Vocational Service program speeding off like a Formula 1 racing car. Thanks Ian for your thoughtful insights into something that affects the future of our children and country.  We hope it inspires others to support Vincent Chen’s Program.
