Susie Cole, District 9800 Polio Chair organised a night at the movies being the : 'Murder On the Orient Express' .
and naturally the proceeds were in support of the ongoing End Polio campaign. David Rush was there along with a few other from Hawthorn RC and reports:-
The event was to raise funds for the Rotary Foundation
For every ticket purchased there was $30.00 for the Foundation because of the matching arrangements with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
Members attending were Rush, Corrigan, Reddaway, Wright, Shore, Cheyne and Katrina with some friends
Some members returned for fellowship at our trusty venue Deco at Camberwell Junction( convenient for the Rushes!)
That was a pretty good response from RCH.
