With Which Community Do You Identify?
This is a question your Modest Rotarian has been considering for some time.
Rotary, of course, was founded from humble beginnings when its founder, Paul Harris, sought opportunities to meet fellow professionals who shared a strong commitment to community service. From those early gatherings came practical initiatives, including the construction of Chicago's first public toilet project that demonstrated the value of professionals working together for the common good.
From those modest beginnings, the Rotary community has grown into a truly international movement through Rotary International.
