Rotary Life after Stroke Vocational Mentoring Program Pilot
One in six Australians will have a stroke in their lifetime. For those Stroke Survivors who spend time in rehabilitation, there is usually a big adjustment to be made to their lives, and sadly once they are discharged from Rehab, there are no structures to help them to reintegrate back into normal society.

This must change and Rotary along with St Vincent's, St Georges Hospitals, with state government funding is establishing a Vocational mentoring program. Join us in this breakthrough pilot program, and get some tips for stroke prevention at the same time.
