PRESIDENTS NOTE

Today’s meeting was well attended with 32 members for the last meeting in November of 2020.
 
The official AGM for Rotary Club of Hawthorn Inc was held with all formalities and motions accepted. Thank-you to all those that put in the hard work to make it a seamless process.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

What an AGM!  -  By Zoom it was!

President-Elect Andrew Crockett  conducted the AGM with nary a glitch, and we then split into informal groups for a chat.

Minutes of the previous AGM, President Charlotte’s Report on the Year 2019-2020, Kartina Flinn’s Treasurer’s Report and the Financials of the Survey Street trust were all accepted.
