March is Water and Sanitation Month

Rotary has desinated months to help clubs Develop meeting agendas, projects, or public image campaigns based on these special occasions.

The Concept is to give all the clubs of the District a Ready Reckoner of the types of Service Projects, which could be indulged, during the Year, and help plan the activities of the year, mostly based on the Rotary Calendar i.e. Rotary Designated Months.

“World of Difference” Tours

“World of Difference” is a District Managed program which was started by Rotary Melbourne South back in 2009.  Since then over 20 humanitarian trips, over 10 district and global grants have achieved safe water, agriculture, health, education and economic opportunities that Cambodian people desperately requested.  We monitor and build on these trip after trip.

THE SHADOW KNOWS

In the radio drama which debuted in 1937, The Shadow was an invisible avenger who had learned, while "traveling through the Orient," "the mysterious power to cloud men's minds, so they could not see him." Thus the character was given the power to escape human sight. Voice effects were added to suggest The Shadow's seeming omnipresence. 

To explain this power, The Shadow was described as a master of  hypnotism, as explicitly stated in several radio episodes.

So The Shadow knows all the Club scuttlebutt.
