I am delighted that a couple of my former Rotary friends are wanting to join Rotary Hawthorn AND they are under 50! It is always terrific to have some new energy, skills and strengths delivered to our doorstep!
There is a sense of excitement in the Rotary air. Have you sensed it too? Some terrific events like Lift the Lid (hope you have booked?), our road trip to Walhalla/Lakes Entrance. I have had contact with Rotary Lakes Entrance and they are very much looking forward to welcoming us to their evening meeting. Maybe we might join one of their international projects? I shall advise after our visit.
Hope that all the “oldies” who have travelled to warmer climates are enjoying themselves as we “youngies” who don’t require warmth to survive keep the home fires burning.
